Hi, I’m Flynn, a 6th Year MD Student and 3rd Year PhD Candidate at WUM. I built this hub because I realized that navigating university life, from exam rules and new USOS to finding housing and clinical deadlines, was often harder than it needed to be. Finding pertinent information for your future shouldn’t be a struggle. This site is designed to give our community a quick, centralized, and constantly updating guide to make student life easier.

What’s coming soon
The site is new and growing. This is what is being built next; the clubs, calendar and Erasmus+ pages are already live.
Everything you need to know, before you need it. Live now: every club with its board and sign-up, a calendar that fills itself, Erasmus+ on a map, and club tools for the people who run them. Below, what comes next.
Live
Club management
Find a club, see who runs it and when it meets, and join or apply in one place. Your clubs put their events on your calendar and their news in your notifications.
Check it out!Next up
Research made easy
Every research circle in one place, with the supervisor, the topics and what they published. Log your conferences and papers in My research and see the Erasmus+ points they earn.

One calendar, yours
Never dig through a messy schedule or a screenshot of times again. Classes, club meetings, deadlines and elections land here, and last-minute room or time changes are pushed by your year representatives the moment they happen. Export in one tap to your Apple or Google calendar.
After that
Club channels
A members-only space for each club, right here: questions, planning, files. Everything a club needs to talk, without another app.

Essentials for living here
Housing, fees and scholarships, visas and residence cards, healthcare, banking. The practical side of being a student in Warsaw.
In progress
Academics, year by year
Every year of the programme laid out: subjects, how exams run, what caught people out, and who to ask. Written by students who passed.
Soon
Student marketplace
Pass on your textbooks, atlases, scrubs and stethoscope to the year below, and pick up what you need from the year above. Student to student, pay what you agree, no fees.
Under wraps
And a few we are keeping quiet
Some things are better shown than announced. A handful of features are in the works that we are not listing yet. Watch the bell.
